First time users, click on forgot password and you will receive a password reset link, sent to the same email you use to sign into to book on zocdoc. TMD offers Telehealth services for common illnesses & disease processes in Primary care. TMD Providers are experienced in diagnosing & prescribing medications for a wide range of acute illnesses and chronic disease processes on Telehealth. On Telehealth, we diagnose & prescribe medications for UTI, vaginal/oral yeast, BV, Strep throat, STDs/STIs, Toothaches, Headaches, migraine, Respiratory infections, ear infections, eye infections, sinusitis, covid-19, skin infections, cough, ED, back pain, hypertension, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, Insomnia, depression, anxiety, stomach infections, diarrhea, constipation, birth controls prescription, & many other common health issues managed in Primary care. Our providers also offer prescription refills & medication management services for chronic disease management. If you are experiencing symptoms related to any of the above listed illnesses, or if you are experiencing generalized/non-specific symptoms, & unsure of what your symptoms are related to, book a consultation with a TMD Provider to discuss your concerns & get prescribed needed medications on Telehealth, as indicated by patients' presenting symptoms. You do not need to wait in crowded ERs for minor emergencies. If you are unsure of the nature of your emergency, consult with one of our Providers for guidance.
