Charline Boufin Tebeu was excellent. She didn't rush me and was very attentive to my concerns. She spent over 45 minutes with me. . I was on medications that were not serving me and were not alleviating my symptoms. They actually made them worse. The difference it made is incredible. I had a great night's sleep for the first time in decades. I look forward to my follow up appointment so we may discuss my progress. I highly recommend Charline Tebeu!!!!

I felt the Dr was a bit judgemental and didn't listen to my concerns...instead she felt it better to cut me off and do things her way. She was also supposed to get back to me about a few things and that hasn't happened.

Dr. Tebeu was very kind and attentive. She listened to everything I had to say and came to the same conclusions I did about what I needed and how we would move forward. I LOVE that we were on the same page so quickly, I didn't feel like anything I said was disregarded or picked out over any one thing and the whole of the situation and my issues were addressed. We talked about all my concerns, and I feel extremely satisfied with our appointment ??

OMG I feel so much better after just one visit. Why? Because for the first time I feel that the doctor understands me. She was understanding that I knew that dealing with my husband’s dementia was hard I didn’t realize how hard it is for the caregiver. She did! The next few days I’m not as on edge waiting for something to trigger my husbands mood to change I am looking to make sure it doesn’t. Yes I had medication previously but she helped with another medication that seems to already help me.

Medicare is accepted. Explained how to contact Optum RX for 90 day refills through the mail and have already received my medications. Will most likely have to pay the 20% and send bill to my supplemental insurance carrier for reimbursement. Zocdoc should get information to bill supplemental insurance directly. Was very pleased with Dr. Charline Boufin Tebeu. She listened to all of my concerns and scheduled my next appointment, so I am pleased to have her as my doctor.
