To Be With Counseling, LLC

We are providers that provide therapeutic services both virtually across Florida and in-person in Jacksonville/Yulee area. We also provide Equine therapy which is tremendously helpful for those struggling with eating disorders, trauma, body image distress/body shame, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and more. We believe in a holistic approach to therapy, which includes treating the entire person: mental, emotional, physical, biological, social, and spiritual. We operate from an attachment based and client-centered framework, which means that we believe that the client is the expert of themselves and that healing must take place in relationship, due to harm taking place in relationship. Each session is individualized to the specific client because every person is unique.
