Sometimes just facing the day can be overwhelming–let alone pasting on a smile. If you no longer feel real joy, I get it. And I can help. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my mission is to use evidence-based practice, balancing medication, holistic tools, and therapy to guide you to a brighter future. With my background and experience as a midwife, I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health. I also have experience in treating children and adolescents (raised 6 of my own!). My patients grapple with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, life transitions, and other challenges. Whether you found your way here independently, or were referred by your therapist to assess whether pharmacological medications could improve your well being, you’re at the right place.
