Today’s Wellness and Primary Care provides comprehensive health care to men and women throughout Wilmington, North Andover, and Stoneham, Massachusetts. Adult primary care specialists Mohammed Jaleel, MD, and our group of providers take a complete approach to primary care that focuses on prevention and disease management.
The team believes each aspect of the body is interconnected. By taking the time to evaluate every facet of a patient’s health, including their medical history, stress levels, genetics, lifestyle choices, and environment, the team can design a targeted care plan that addresses their unique needs.

Minimal social interaction with the dr. 5 min session with her in person for an annual physical. She showed very little interest in me as a new patient, just rattled off some standard advice and made the usual referrals for annual tests. Office staff were very nice. I will keep looking for another provider.

the doctor rush me during my annual physical exam he really dont listen to my symptoms in my 2nd visit was told they dont accept my insurance anymore now im stuck with couple of hundred dollars bill i spoke to someone before and was told they will used my insurance again since its their fault on accepting my insurance will defintely not recommend this place . do some research before you come in this place
