**Initial Medical Weight Loss Consult- $99 (If enrolls in Semaglutide/Tirzepatide programs, then consult fee can be applied to first month subscription)
Semaglutide program- Only $249/month- includes follow up visits, home delivery of medication, & labs if needed
Tirzepatide program- Only $349/month- includes follow up visits, home delivery of medication, & labs if needed
Micro-dosing GLP-1/GIP program- Only $229/month
**Initial Men's Testosterone Replacement Consult- $89 (consult fee will be used to cover initial lab work that is required to start Testosterone Therapy)
Oral/Topical TRT/Enclomiphene- Only $199/month- includes Testosterone therapy, follow-up visits, and ongoing labs
Injectable TRT- Only $229/month- includes Testosterone therapy, follow-up visits, and ongoing labs
**Initial Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy Consult- Only $149 for initial HRT consult/lab review if needed- dedicates one hour for all HRT appointments
Follow up/refill visits for HRT- $109
**Cellular/Metabolic Optimization Therapies (NAD+, Sermorelin, & Lipotropic injections)- $99 (If enrolls, then consult fee can be applied to first month subscription)
NAD+ & Sermorelin programs- Only $249 month- includes home delivery of medication, follow up visits, & labs if needed
Lipotropic Injection Programs- Only $149/month; or $89 if add on treatment to another program
