Our practice provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through secure virtual visits to adults throughout Maryland. Our approach is person-centered and collaborative, recognizing that a diagnosis is only one part of an individual’s experience, strengths, goals, relationships, culture, and overall well-being.
Our virtual care model offers convenient access to thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and ongoing symptom monitoring without the burden of travel. We use shared decision-making and measurement-based care to tailor treatment, track progress, maximize benefit, and minimize medication adverse effects.
Our practice is grounded in respectful listening, trauma-informed care, clear education, and practical recovery-oriented goals. We work with patients to develop individualized plans that support meaningful improvements in mental health, daily functioning, and quality of life—wherever they are located in Maryland.

While still remaining professional, Kenneth is also able to keep sessions light and make the patient more comfortable when talking about personal issues.

Dr. Kibiriu is absolutely amazing! He actually listens, answers all of my questions and helped get me on the medications that are right for me. He prescribed a medication combo, the first visit that were perfect for me! Right away, they helped with my depression, anxiety and ADHD. I also love the fact that we do video visits since my work schedule is so crazy. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
