A caring professional who is perceptive and thorough. He is empathic even when pressured with current constraints of time and documentation. He could use more sophisticated digital equipment or even voice recording with secretarial service (as surgeons do) for documentation, increasing face to face patient contact. It's the relationship which fosters compliance and wellbeing.
