The entire experience was absolutely nothing like I expected. I’ve never been to a Dr’s office like this before. Everyone was so incredibly welcoming and nice. They answered all of my questions and were very professional. My meeting with Brandon was so informative. He allowed me to ask all of the questions I had and he spent a lot of time and detail answering them. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed or there were other patients that needed to be seen. I felt like the entire appointment belonged to me and me alone. They are all very knowledgeable and all of my questions and concerns were taken care of so when I left I left with a very clear path forward knowing if I had any questions or concerns they would not hesitate to respond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high end medical care.

I left this appointment feeling very dismissed and unheard. I was told that something I personally deal with was “rare” in that area, rather than feeling like my concerns were actually being listened to and taken seriously. The entire visit felt very rushed and indifferent, and I felt like I had to advocate for myself and essentially guide the conversation about what needed to be done next. Even the interaction itself felt cold—there was barely a greeting and no real closing to the appointment. Overall, I left feeling like I was being rushed out rather than cared for as a patient.
