Literally no one was there. We waited for 30 minutes and the clinic is closed. Why was I able to book this appointment if they are shut down? Extremely frustrating.

My appointment was made online. It was confirmed by texted. It was confirmed that I had arrived. The office was completely closed. They were not open at all. Called their office from the parking lot the machine confirmed they were closed. Chat online with Zocdoc, who had no answers to why they were not even open yet my appointment was scheduled. It was a 46 minute drive for me. I had to drive to longview to get the vaccine shot, I needed. To say I was frustrated, would be an understatement. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS CLINIC.

I showed up an hour early. No one was there. Waited and called several times. It is now 4:17 pm and no one has contacted me for rescheduling.. Very disappointing and a waste of time!! Sign on door says OPEN!!??
