Don’t know what happened, but I wasn’t seen by the practitioner. I called twice and left a message one of those times. Waited an hour after the appointment start time before calling it quits for waiting around.

I get certain messages from my phys and they should advertise from the start they don't prescribe them and why??? After all they are supposed to be drs.NOT TAKE UP ALL OUR TIME.I MEANT TO SAY MEDICATIONS INSTEAD OF MESSAGES
I enjoyed my session she let me tell her about myself and she took it from there and touched on each topic and dived in a little more on what options she could help with and set a plan moving forward. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have scheduled 3 total appointments with this provider and she has only shown up to one. Now she changed my meds but she hasn't returned to give me refills for it.

Never got to meet the doctor, so this is more for the company that is used by her/her office. Online forms all filled out days prior. Received a phone call to “confirm information” so I called back to confirm information and the call service used seemed confused that I was calling back. Unfortunately there was a little bit of a language barrier, but once we understood one another the gentleman on the line stated that nothing needs to be confirmed because I already completed the forms. The day before the appointment I received another call to “confirm information”, I called back and did not get an answer so I left a voicemail. The day of the appointment I was awaiting an email or any other form of contact to ensure our appointment was still a go but did not receive anything. I called 15 minutes prior and left a voicemail then again 5 minutes prior and then again 5 minutes after. I’m a bit concerned that I filled out a lot of information and hope it does not get misused.
