The provider used his medical knowledge to validate all of the symptoms and concerns I had regarding my mental health. He was also able to formulate an action plan moving forward that I believe will improve my mental state significantly.

Disappointing and unhelpful experience.
I contacted the reception desk to confirm my own appointment information and was refused the details. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which made a simple request unnecessarily frustrating. For a medical practice, clear communication and basic courtesy should be the minimum. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Dr Howell was very helpful today. I have always been nervous about seeing a specialist because i didnt want to be judged or thrown a bunch of medicine. This was my first experience with a telehealth appointment. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. I booked a 7pm appointment due to my busy schedule and he was already in the chat waiting for me.
