Chelsey was truly amazing. One of the things I appreciated most was how much time she took to get to know me and understand what I was experiencing. I feel like that’s something that’s hard to find these days—so many providers seem rushed, but I never felt that way with her. Even though I’m not the best at communicating how I’m feeling, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and asked the right questions to help me express myself.
She also did an excellent job explaining everything clearly. She made sure I understood what medication she was recommending, why it was the best option for me, what side effects I might experience, and what to expect moving forward. I left the appointment feeling informed, heard, and confident in my treatment plan. I’m so grateful for the compassion and care she showed, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely listens and cares.
