Amazing Saturday experience. Such an aesthetically pleasing office. The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Everyone greeted me with warmth. Even when my gps took me another route, I called and one of the receptionists was willing to stay on the phone with me until I was surely headed the right way. The office is CLEAN! They played a video (1st time for this) that not only explained basic dental processes and gave important financial information, but it also made general recommendations for you! As a business woman, I appreciated this. It ensured that all bases were covered on both ends and as the patient, I had what I needed. They played it while I was laying in the dentist chair. Afterwards, doc immediately reminded her assistant to resume the movie of choice. From the time I arrived, to the time I left, I just felt catered to. It really didn’t feel like a dental appointment. Wish my insurance covered more or I had the additional funds to cover everything.
