I was never emailed instructions and the appointment didn't happen.

Contacted several times via the number listed in zocdoc. Also received a confirmation email, not a pending one so the appointment was meant to happen. Called multiple times and waited online for my telemedicine appointment. Texted after and still no response. Even day after no follow up… but you just missed an entire appointment?? Would not recommend
