She is amazing. I felt like she really listened to what I had to say. She showed me empathy and understanding while helping me deal with my issues. She is also very knowledgeable. She's great. I love working with her. I would recommend her to everyone.

Thalia was great! She listened and asked questions in a caring way. Some therapists feel like they don’t really care but I genuinely felt heard and like my issues were taken seriously. Excited for more sessions!

Thalia is by far the best councilor I’ve ever had! I’ve had so many negative experiences and was about to stop looking! I’m SO grateful to have found Thalia on here. She is the only councilor I will ever use again!

I booked an appointment well in advance for a 5 PM session, and the therapist was a complete no-show. I never received an email, text, or phone call to cancel or reschedule — absolutely no communication at all. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I do not recommend.
