We are a group private practice comprised of qualified Marriage and Family Therapists specializing in working with couples, individuals, and families who are feeling 'stuck' and going through various life transitions. We offer in-person and telehealth sessions. Whether it be anxiety, relationship/marital issues, self-esteem, and/or just overall feelings of being overwhelmed and stressed, our clinicians use warm, genuine, compassionate, and directive approaches to help our clients navigate through these challenges. We help our clients feel heard and understood by creating a safe and collaborative environment. We strive to create a safe space where our clients feel accepted without the fear of judgment. Our approaches are rooted in the Gottman Method and Imago Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our therapeutic styles work to build connection in your interpersonal relationships and within yourself. Our clinicians are strong advocates for being kinder to yourself. We help empower our clients to identify their strengths and self-worth. Our goal is to restore and transform connections with the couples, individuals, and families we work with. We help our clients to empower themselves, create healthy boundaries, improve interpersonal relationships, validate their experiences, and overall make the changes they are looking for to improve their lives. Disclaimer: The practice is ONLY in-network with Cigna and Aetna insurance. If you do not have Cigna or Aetna, we can verify if you have out of network benefits and can submit these claims on your behalf or provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. *Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until a phone consultation and intake paperwork are completed.* WHEN YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH ZOCDOC, YOU ARE BOOKING A 15 MINUTE PHONE CONSULTATION WITH OUR INTAKE AND BILLING COORDINATOR. Please check your email as they will be reaching out to you to confirm your appointment. * It is our goal to offer the highest quality of treatment at an affordable cost. We are offering sessions at a significantly reduced rate if you would like to work with one of our interns. It would be a flat fee of $75 per session. They are also able to work with clients in-network with Cigna and Aetna*

I would not recommend. First of all the therapist profile is visible on zocdoc as accepting patience but once booked her agency will contact you saying she's not accepting new patient and try to give you another therapist.

Working with Jennifer in couples therapy was a truly valuable experience, and I highly recommend her. She was very responsive in terms of setting up the initial appointment, and I appreciated her being organized about appointments. Jennifer has a warm bedside manner, and you feel you can be very open. She has a very gentle approach/demeanor. I ran into some issues with my partner and really appreciated Jennifer helping clarify what was happening and providing guidance. She ended up coordinating care with my individual therapist (who was really impressed with Jennifer's responsiveness and professionalism). I really felt her genuine concern for me. I highly highly recommend her!!
