Dr. Shridar and her staff were absolutely lovely and and incredibly competent. I was having trouble getting records from a previous provider and they were supportive in helping me obtain them. The office is also modern, very clean, and comfortable. I felt well taken care of and received great information and instruction regarding effective care of my teeth. 10/10 recommend seeing Dr. Shridar and her staff for dental needs.

Honestly, I been to my fair share of dentist and Dr. Parul is the best. She is honest, very communicative and has a great staff backing her. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! She also has the latest technology and her offices could not be more comfortable. So happy I found her!!

Terrible experience. Booked an appointment for X-rays and a cleaning. I was taken to the back, sat down for over an hour. After ninety minutes they came back and asked if I would be willing to come back another day for my cleaning. The dentist wasn’t even the one to let me know that they wouldn’t do my appointment which I booked, they sent the lady behind the front desk. Took me away from work for the day and completely wasted my time to leave without anything done. Would give a zero if possible

The best comparison is a Spa like experience with the space, options and attentive nature of all the staff.
They do their best to be gentle with equipment that is top of the line.
Equipment made for the mouth should be gentler, so to accommodate they check in with how your feeling and doing constantly!
I was able to sit back and relax despite it being the dentist office.
Most of all, I wasn’t able to have childcare and needed to bring my kids, y’all they accommodate for that as well.
Top of the line customer care, beadside manner and all around facility!

The customer service was absolutely amazing and my Dentist and her entire team were so warm and welcoming. The procedure was pain free with clear communication. Dr. was very straightforward/blunt. Did not really feel like she cared all that much and didn't take any time to get to know me given it was my first appointment.
Support staff was very friendly and seemed to care more about me.

Friendly, thoughtfullness of the proffessionalism of all the staff. They make me feel very comfortable till I left their Office. Very clean, neat and organized reception area. This was my second time , and decided to go back for any of my dental needs. So Happy and grateful my daughter and I found them.

Dr. Shridhar is a very engaging dentist, who will explain the treatments proposed, plus the reasons for her recommendations. This increased my level of comfort a lot. She has been practicing dentistry in the San Marcos and La Jolla areas for almost 5 years, and has just opened a new practice on Nordahl Road. She moved from Australia where she had practiced for 6 years. She has a gentle hand and was thorough with all the treatments she did for me. Her state of the art practice with 3d scanners, 3d printers etc. is a beautiful space, where she offers multiple dental services & procedures. Highly recommended.
