The staff on this clinic is terrible.
I had to exchange 11 emails with them in order for them to file the claim to my insurance so that I could get a part of the treatment reimbursed.
After that they did file the claim incorrectly and I had to eventually call them asking them to file the claim again with all the necessary paperwork.
It's been 3 months and I still didn't receive my check, I wouldn't recommend you an experience like that at all.
Doctor Solomon is a good dentist. I would recommend him if it wasn't for the problematic staff running the practise.

Dr. Solomon is kind and friendly. He did a filling on me. It was an uncomfortable procedure and the filling he placed was too big...it took a month or so to fit properly. Also, I called the office to discuss my pain and was never called back. I think Dr. Kimeon is a bit gentler in his technique. I had a better experience with him. Also, the dental hygenists are great. Very thorough. The office recently shifted to a policy where you pay upfront and the insurance remiburses the patient which is very inconvenient so I won't be returning. Overall, the practice is ok.

I came for an annual checkup and was concerned by the dentist's use of a device that no other dentist who I previously, or have since visited, employed.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Solomon. I get terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and the only reason I don't have a full-blown meltdown these days is because I'm going to Dr. Solomon. Everyone at Tribeca smiles is a pleasure to deal with but it's the combination of their kindness, expertise, and confidence that really makes it special. I've had everything done, from caps to root canals, and they give you real quality care. It's a bit on the expensive side, but honestly these are your teeth! You only get one set of them. You are definitely getting a quality worth the price here.

I cannot overstate the exceptional quality of care I consistently receive at Tribeca Smiles.
During my most recent visit, (2) cavities were drilled and filled and a 32-yr old crown was removed and replaced with a new "perfect-fit" porcelain one (created before my very eyes on a high-tech 3D printer)! All this in two hours time! I was amazed to be dining comfortably that evening.
This is state-of-the-art dentistry at its best, in an ambient environment made all the more pleasant by the genuine warmth of Dr. Solomon and his well-trained staff. There is no question that everyone in this practice loves what they do. Visiting the dentist was never a favorite thing to do for me... until now.

Had a crown made and installed in one visit with the new cnc machine. It was actually a lot of fun to model the tooth on the computer and then have the new tooth machined on site. Very nice staff. Great dentist.

Dr.Solomon was the best dentist I've ever been to and I'm saying this after one visit. I just moved to NYC and I needed a rather large procedure - replacing a cracked crown. He knew my name when I walked in, the set up of his office was very nice, and the thing that stood out the most was his High Tech Tools. I was in and out of the office in 2 hours with a consultation, extraction of the cracked crown, and a replaced crown (made in house). I was able to watch the crown be made. I was able to watch the digital crown fitting process as he walked me through (visually) how the machine created a crown for me. It was amazing. I highly recommend Dr.Solomon.

Facility is excellent but I find the familiarity with the patient for a first time visit a bit too personal. I was somewhat uncomfortable. I didn't need all that information about him except perhaps with regards to his credentials. He seemed to understand my problem with TMJ and has given a thorough analysis and solution. I shall be trying it out so I reserve to recommend the doctor for now.

I came for a specific purpose, but we never actually got around to that; the office has a procedure for first-time visitors and stuck to it, and wanted me to bring up my specific request on my next visit. The visit was also two hours, which was excessive. The zen atmosphere is fine and Dr. Solomon is nice (though not as attentive to a patient's needs as the reviews here imply), but I would prefer the office take themselves a bit less seriously and get their patients in and out more quickly.
