I thought this was an all woman office but it’s owned by a man whose hiding out as a receptionist. He also performed an allergy test at the end of the visit. So, although I thought I’d spend more time with who I booked with, I spent more time with owner. He checked me in and out AND performed a test.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve had so far with a doctor’s office, as a whole. Dr. Walker was an amazing listener and made me feel so comfortable with sharing what’s going on with me. I truly trust that she’s going to help me navigate through some issues! Dr.Malone was also amazing, and super personable. I called all my family and friends right after and told them to book here!!! The doctor was absolutely great. She wanted to truly dig into my health issues. She is quite far away as I live in Atlanta and she is in Roswell, about 40 minutes away. I was going to look for a doctor in Atlanta but after my visit, I’ve chosen to remain under her care.

Haven’t had a pcp in years and Dr. Walker was the best. Every person in the building was friendly and no questions felt dismissed. The advice given felt very thoughtful rather than trying to just get you out of the door. If you are looking for someone to assist you on your health journey I highly recommend Dr. Walker, but feel like I’m safe in assuming that anyone at trident would give you nothing but their best.

Dr. Campbell refused to add some standard labs like an A1C even after I told her I haven’t had one in 4-5 years. Which in the past have been standard as far as I know. She did not listen or claimed to have not heard my primary concern and reason for my visit. Gaslighted me on the phone about it saying “we did not discuss that”.. instead of listening to what I actually needed she said it looked like my nose was mildly inflamed and I spent like 30 extra minutes doing allergy tests that I kept being told to as covered by my insurance but I would have to go every month for immunotherapy to make me immune to cats. No thanks, I’ll just stay away from cats. I had no allergy complaints to begin with. I just wanted an a1c lab and a muscle relaxer and somehow it turned into immunotherapy for an allergy I have to cats? Weirdest consult experience I’ve ever had.

I am a first-time visitor here as well as a person who hasn't been to a PCP in a long time. I was a bit nervous at first but everyone here is so nice and very informative very warm environment and I just left feeling good. Yes the doctor was very knowledgeable she listen to my concerns and dressed them right away. I would recommend my family and friends to see Dr. Campbell was very understanding . Most doctors check you in and right out but she took her time to explain things that I did not understand. When in doubt about your prognosis Dr Campbell is very understanding.

I had a great experience at Trident medical, not only did I get my well woman visit out of the way but I was ablento establish a regular GP their as well. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. The office was very clean and accessible (had my 5 month old and a stroller)

I had to go to 10 different dots for 10 different things so I feel like it can’t be my primary provider because my primary provider can write me anything that is needed that I was taking before I came to them that is still taking so this guy couldn’t do nothing for me but take my money

But what truly made this appointment outstanding was my doctor. She was not only incredibly pleasant, informative, and personable, but also someone who looks like me—a Black woman in medicine. In a healthcare landscape where representation still matters deeply, finding a physician who combines clinical excellence with cultural understanding is rare and invaluable. She took time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely seen and heard.
This is the kind of care every patient deserves but doesn’t always receive. I’m giving this practice a well-earned 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for quality healthcare delivered with warmth .

The entire staff was so friendly! I've never had an experience like this I felt like I've been coming here for years but this was my first visit! I got an appointment the same day which is always great. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable, I left with a huge smile on my face. I also appreciated the fact that the entire staff (from what I could see) were people of color. To me, that truly makes all the difference in the type of care I've received. It's a one stop shop too, I didn't have to go to another office to get my bloodwork done, they did everything there. Amazing experience, amazing staff!
