No-Show Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your account.
This fee is your responsibility and is not covered by insurance.
Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.

My first visit inside was ok. The wait time was a little longer than expected, however Provider was good and served the purpose of my visit. My Tele Health visit went well. Will go again.

Everyone was so nice and everything went very smooth. Dr. Egan was easy to talk to and a great listener. You can tell he loves his job and that he loves helping people. I highly recommend Dr. Egan. Can't leave out the office staff they were top notch too.

The medical provider was very gracious and listened to my concerns. He even allowed me to talk about my past experiences with other providers that were overall not helpful to my receiving medical care expertly.

What an amazing team! Ms. Quan was behind the desk and she was so friendly and down to earth. A true gem. Then Tyler was amazing too he listened, understood and made a plan. I am looking forward to seeing them both again. Oh, if Anyone knows Ms. Quan's husband of 10 years, Ms. Quan deserves a ring and a tattoo! Let him know
Update: Quan and Tyler are still amazing but the people handling the phones are useless. I needed xrays and a prescription and my xray orders were faxed to the wrong number. I spent several hours at Titan MRI waiting for the orders to come in, they never did. When my orders came in, several days later, it was marked I was paying out of pocket. Now, several days later, I went for my prescription and nothing was sent over. I'm looking for a new office

The office and Dr were excellent. Zocdoc messed up because I wanted and eye doctor and sent me to GP PA. The PA was excellent it isn’t her fault ZocDoc thought having an eye infection meant being seen by a GP. The PA did everything she could do including suggesting eye doctors.

Doc, I have also not gotten my results as I was supposed to get a link to download another app and NOW will have to make another trip to sort what’s going on.

Was never seen since the office didn’t open till 9AM and my appointment was set and confirmed TWICE via text for July 6th at 8am. Called the office was forwarded to after hours, left my name and number still haven’t heard anything from the office. This review is by no means one on the actual doctor, but the office seems to need some tightening up.
