Trinity Alternative Healing

As a holistic mental health therapist, I am dedicated to helping my clients overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma by combining various therapeutic techniques such as parts and memory work, EMDR, hypnosis, energy psychology and mindfulness. My approach is centered on treating the whole person, not just specific symptoms, and helping clients cultivate a sense of overall well-being. With my guidance and support, clients can learn to break free from limiting beliefs, heal from past traumas, and cultivate resilience and inner strength.
