Trinity ENT and Facial Aesthetics is here to serve your sinus, allergy, congestion, breathing and all other general ear nose and throat issues. We strive to provide state of the art care with a CT scanner in house. No need to visit a radiology center or the hospital and those long lines anymore. We can complete ALL sinus related treatments in the office under local anesthesia, avoiding the risks and costs of general anesthesia.

Since my daughter is a P.A., I have huge respect for that profession, even though I booked with the doctor. Amanda was very professional, warm, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. I will return soon for my procedure that will remove a lifetime of problems w/ my sinuses and ears!

The Zocdoc is one of the most harassing services I have encountered. This service emailed and texted me at least twice a day with reminders and questions. I filled out all the paperwork days in advance yet the service continued to inundate me with text/emails. So much so, I am thinking of not going to this doctor because he uses this Zocdoc service.

Even though I didn't see Dr. Kumar, the PA (Jake) was very competent and took the time to answer all my questions. The office staff was very responsive to my requests and questions. Everything was very efficient in this office. I felt heard and seen and accurately diagnosed. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with an ENT issue.

I did not see the doctor I was led to believe I had booked. I would have booked someone else closer or more highly rated if I knew I was going to be seen by a PA. The PA basically gaslit me, shrugging and making me feel like I was overreacting when I said my symptoms were interfering with my daily life. I went there with a referral from a generalist in hand and she spent more time examining other parts of my body than what I was there for, which she barely glanced at and quickly dismissed. I know how to advocate for myself but I felt helpless and not heard. Extremely disappointing.

I was seen by a PA not an ENT. I have never met the doctor I booked with. The PA was a good listener, examined my sinus. Seemed competent but was not the specialist I expected to been examined by. Big difference in education and ability to assess and diagnose. ZocDoc misrepresented the level of care I was expecting.

My experience at Dr. Nuveen’s office was very pleasant. From the time of my arrival to the end of my visit everyone was kind and treated me with the utmost respect. Right on time very friendly helpful office made you feel very comfortable about procedure answered my silly…not to them…questions before and afterwards and follow-up. Dr right on time handout packet of instructions covered everything you could think of. I got nervous at beginning of by procedure and they quickly calmed me down. No pain. I’d tell everyone to go to Trinity. Best I’ve found I’d b go again if needed??

Had a great experience at this office. Paperwork was completed prior to appt. Arrived and wait 5 minutes before being placed in patient room. Saw the NP and Dr and both were extremely kind, patient and professional with cleaning my elderly mother’s ears.
From beginning to end we had great service here!

I was never seen by the doctor I booked the appointment with. It was never communicated to me that I would not be seen by him. Instead I got his assistants. So if I have to review his performance I have to give it 1 star. He did not care to talk to me at all. I don’t know if he was even in that day.

One of the very best practices I have ever been to (and sadly, I have been to many). Every single person was so kind and thorough front the front office staff to the medical assistants to the scheduler and of course Dr Kumar and his physician assistant, Lara. I never felt rushed, all of my questions were encouraged and I didn't feel silly asking what I thought might be dumb questions. And I got in so fast. My initial appointment was on a Monday and I had my sinus surgery Thursday of that same week. I just cannot say enough about all of the staff at this office.
