I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to get the medicine that I know worked for me in the past, I have been through so many over the years, that didn't work or have made me very sick, that I really get nervous trying a new one.. however the doctor, herself was very kind and truly had a lovely demeanor.
I would still recommend her, if you are looking for a kind professional doctor.

She accidentally (I hope so but I’ve had psych docs do some crazy and weird stuff) ended the call in the middle of her sentence and then she ignored my messages and calls so after I spent 45 minutes inputting information into their terrible “portal” (which everyone has their own portal nowadays and it’s always cheap), I just couldn’t wait for her reply anymore and I’m just gonna rebook I guess and hope for the best? She seemed ok and I was hopeful but I’m not optimistic about doctors anyway so who knows. Will update after visit part ll lol

The session with Francisca Okwukogu, NP, was great. She was thorough, took her time getting a detailed history, coming up with a treatment plan and explaining risks, benefits and instructions to us. I am grateful she was available to see us within a day.
