I am extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. My original appointment was at 10:45 AM, but the office called and rescheduled me to 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM as instructed, only to be told that my appointment was actually at 4:00 PM. The nurse practitioner then told me my situation was “complicated” and that I would have to wait until all other patients were seen before she could see me. I understand that scheduling issues happen, but the nurse practitioner’s attitude was rude and dismissive. I felt that my time and concerns were not respected. I would not recommend or refer anyone to this provider based on my experience.

Had to wait a bit to be seen, but the doctor explained why. Something’s you just can’t control.
The staff is friendly. I’ve been going here for a few years. Even though there are places closer, I have no problems here and that is a plus.
