Absolutely loved my visit to True Balance Acupuncture and was so impressed by Arianna's knowledge, professionalism, and warmth. We celebrated their grand opening and received an auricular acupuncture treatment. Admittedly, it was the first acupuncture experience for many people in our party, so we were a bit nervous. Arianna did an incredible job of ensuring we were comfortable, thoroughly explained the process/benefits, and walked us through the process in a thoughtful way. Ultimately, we were all so glad we did it! In addition to her wealth of knowledge and skills, Arianna has created a peaceful and calming atmosphere - just walking into the space makes you feel more at ease! Ari was so kind and understanding. I was suuuuper nervous because needs give me anxiety (I’m bad with blood draws and even shots make me nervous). Ari was so patient with me and completely alleviated all of my concerns. She said I might not feel immediate relief but I did! I came in with anxiety and stress issues (thanks grad school) and left feeling so calm and with stomach pain gone.
