Please take note our office has a 100 dollar no show fee for all new patients booked by zocdoc and we will report all no shows to zocdoc. . We aim to help all patients but we please ask do not book an appointment unless you actually plan on coming. We strive to be accessible for our patients so just book when you know you will be able to make it.

I show up to my appointment on time, had to leave work early to make this appointment. To find out that the doctor it’s scheduled in the other location not to one that I arrive to. Staff said there’s nothing they can do besides reschedule. I said they could’ve at least call me or made it clear on Zocdoc, they say there nothing they can do. I did not see the doctor so this review was not leave to the doctor, but it’s for how clear the whole appointment set up. ?
