Had such a lack of care/attention that he asked me things that I had already mentioned multiple times. When I mentioned a medication he said “never heard of that one” but made no attempt to learn more about it. Very clearly a provider just looking to maximize profits.

Couldn't understand his strong accent very clearly. wouldn't write me a script of medication I had previously taken for many years and was wanting to get back on bc after waiting over a week for med records to be faxed, he said I needed another psych exam. When he should've just said that to begin with instead of waiting for unnecessary records that didn't provide much. And I could've told him that if he would've asked.

This was my first mental health evaluation, and I was so nervous going in. Dr. Monday Ogbeibor, was very accommodating, even when I had some difficulties at the start. He listened attentively, provided thoughtful input, and created a plan tailored to our conversation and what’s ethically right. His energy felt trustworthy and welcoming—and he’s even funny! I left feeling heard, respected, and confident about my next steps.

They overcharged me by $60 on my copay. I tried to bring up that it was an overcharge and Monday told me I was wrong. I then checked my insurance website later and yes it was an overcharge.

His receptionist didn't know how to update my email or refused to for a month, so he dropped me. I need an emergency appt as I shouldn't stop my meds suddenly.
I left DV and my car was totaled the next week. I've been VERY open with every issue I've encountered, as I wasn't able to resolve my balance & when I was they wouldn't update my email.
Today, he had my email updated for the 1st time. Within 2 minutes of paying my balance he says he sent only one of my 2 medications to a pharmacy in my hometown. Im 45 min from any store. Because I asked him for help, during a crisis he dropped me. I didn't get rude. I'm begging my provider for an emergency appt and he sends 1/2 my meds somewhere it's not possible to get, drops me and begins ignoring me.
I'm going through the hardest time in my life and only began treating my OCD upon seeing Monday.
Prior months he didn't send the right dosage and when I asked him to fix it, sent enough for 2 weeks.

Monday was a very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful provider. I appreciated him asking my pronouns too since I identify as genderfluid. I felt empowered to explore my options, and appreciated his directness, honesty, and openness. I look forward to returning to him for medication management. He seems like a very grounded person who I imagine just about anyone will feel comfortable to work with.

He’s a well spoken doctor and very nice but he was too worried about my co-pay and I understand they have to make money and a living but kinda disappointing when I was more worried about getting the help I needed. Other than that he was pretty good at what he does.
