Most relevant

The only issue I experienced during the appointment was with the technology. We were unable to connect through Headway as planned, which delayed the start of the session by about eight minutes while we switched over to Zoom. The Zoom call worked fine, but it may have been more efficient to start there if Headway wasn’t functioning. Additionally, the psychiatrist’s audio quality was poor. It sounded as though they were speaking from a large room or hallway, which made it difficult to hear clearly and required extra concentration to follow the conversation.
