Welcome to Truspine, Bay Areas's favorite chiropractic and acupuncture wellness center! Truspine is a San Francisco clinic that incorporates the most advanced technology and techniques. This allows our patients to enjoy the best care possible. We treat patients of all ages and activity levels and we would be happy to take care of you too! Our chiropractic care is the practice of using spinal alignment to improve a wide variety of physical conditions, including neck pain, low back pain, muscle strain, sports injuries, scoliosis, pregnancy and more. This is accomplished by gently adjusting joints to keep optimal functionality, providing a non-invasive solution for pain relief. Our acupuncture care is the ancient Chinese practice of using tiny needles to restore the body to optimal health. Its uses are vast and include indigestion, autoimmune disease, allergies, cold & flu, stress & anxiety, depression, infertility, and pain relief.

When I got to truespine facility I was already having the worst 36 hours of my life.
I was barely walking needed assistance to sit down and stand up.
I was first greeted by a very well mannered gentleman he went on and informed dr Surpeet of the gravity of my situation.
They got me in right away the doctor performed a quick visual diagnosis and asked me questions then he performed a magical adjustment on my lower back.
I really appreciate the staff and everything they have done for me

i’ve been to 8 different chiropractors in my life, so trust me when I say this is the best experience I’ve had. Incredible bedside manner, takes the time to listen to you and takes a very careful and well thought out approach to therapy whereas most chiropractors I see will approach each patient in a similar fashion. Easy to access office and very clean, 10/10 experience

Dr Shah was definitely THE BEST chiropractor! He did not just align my back but did other things to help with my back problem. He relayed all my concerns with having EDS, which made me feel comfortable with the process. My back pain has lessened and I can’t wait for my follow up next week! The receptionist, Jonathan, was a sweet and hospitable guy. He makes connections with patients and treat everyone equally! Everyone’s very friendly and kind. Will recommend TruSpine for sure!

Hands down the best chiropractor and clinic I have been to. Only on my second session but Dr. Shah has already made a huge difference. He is an excellent listener and took the time to understand my issues and pains, and with two adjustments I already feel much better. The staff are also friendly and professional. All around an excellent clinic, I highly recommend Dr. Shah.

Amazing, being a division 1 athlete, I am always looking for ways to manage muscle soreness & discomfort. Dr. Shah & Dr. Pirritano are extremely knowledgeable and have the right resources to improve whatever is feeling off from week to week.

I'VE BEEN DR'S SHAH PATIENT FOR YEARS AND I COULDN'T BE MORE SATISFIED! HE'S ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO TREAT MY CHRONIC BACK PAIN WITH LONG LASTING RESULTS.
