Very quick appointment and Dr. Peggy was very sweet and informative. Waited in the waiting room for ~10 minutes, in the patient room for ~20 minutes, and the appointment itself was less than 10 minutes.

I’m new to the office and called ahead to make sure my insurance was accepted. The receptionist was very kind on the phone and confirmed for me.
Upon arrival I made my way to the office in the second lower level, and was pleasantly surprised by the warm ambiance. This office is not like your other offices - they had aromatherapy running and soft (and current) music playing. I was met with a smile at check in and promptly seen by the Doctor. SHE. IS. LOVELY!
Her entire staff was warm, welcoming, and funny! It’s not often you go to the doctor and are seen by people who really care about their profession and you as a patient.
I wasn’t sure what to expect (who really is during an annual exam) but she walked me through every step and made it the most pleasant experience it could have been.
The added bonus is she has evening appointments!

I love Dr. Roberts and her staff, I’ve been a patient of hers for a few years and I’m so grateful to her. Knowledgeable, personable, plus she takes the time to actual care about your health and well being. Not to mention her memory is excellent. The best GYN in Brooklyn.

Dr Roberts and her staff were great, especially for a first timer's experience with a GYN. I was greeted by two very pleasant people at the front. Check in happened on an iPad and it was speedy (this might have been due to a previous phone call where insurance information had already been gathered). I was seen by a nurse to get my vitals taken within ten minutes - she was efficient and very friendly. My actual time with Dr Roberts was clear, informed, and she was a lot of fun, honestly! There was a great playlist on that made the visit feel very relaxed, and I felt really taken care of. The only bump was my blood getting drawn - took a few attempts, but Dr Roberts had taken over and it was over in a jiffy. Really happy with my time there!

She’s great! Very vocal and compassionate it’s refreshing to have a doctor who is a black woman. The office is very clean, nicely decorated and calming. Wait time didn’t even exist, she was waiting on me. She made my visit very comfortable and talked me through everything when doing my exam. I don’t write reviews for physicians usually, but if you’re looking for black woman OBGYN where she’s graceful, polite, communicative, reassuring, even funny—with a beautiful modern office and restrooms to match this is the ONE.
