My initial appointment with Dr. Florence was great. She was thorough and gave me a lot of hope with the treatment I was seeking. She convinced me to change and put her down as not only my endocrinologist, but also my PCP. After my initial appointment I had routine blood work done before scheduling any follow up appointment. I was really excited that I was finally getting the help that I needed. Fast forward until now, I have not heard from Dr. Florence. This is the first time I've been ghosted by a provider. My initial appointment was on 01/21/22 and it is now 03/30/22 and I have not received any follow up appointment. I've called Atleast once a week to follow up and ask for an appointment and I've heard nothing back. Received a lot of passive aggressive responses from the receptionist. This has been a very disheartening experience and now I am left without a provider or endocrinologist. I am now forced to find a different provider.

Dr. Awosika has an excellent bedside manner. She was a good listener, very knowledgeable, friendly and had a kind demeanor. Dr. Awosika gave me good advice about my medicine and explained what to expect from my condition. She inquired about my PCP to confer with her and to send her the results of my exams. I would recommend Dr. Florence Awosika to anyone who needs a great Nurse Practitioner who specializes in diabetes. I am very happy that I found her.

Dr. A was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with her initial assessment and proposed next steps regarding testing and treatment.
Her Office Manager was accommodating as well.
