I came in for a teeth whitening consultation and received incredibly helpful guidance and more clarity on my teeth than at previous dentists. The staff were extremely friendly and forthcoming, and it felt like they genuinely cared for my well-being and what makes most sense for me. I feel more confident now about my oral health journey and will definitely return to Trusted Dental for next steps.

The office was clean and tidy. The staff was pleasant, friendly and very attentive. Overall, the whole staff seemed very involved and prioritized with me while I was there. I was definitely scared going in as it was my first dental appointment in two years and I definitely need some dental work done but they did a good job at providing a calming experience and setting up a treatment plan that worked for me.

It is been almost a week since my visit, and they still have not processed medication to my pharmacy, even though I came with a rough pain in my tooth and needed painkillers and antibiotics. Sad :(

Strongly recommend. I scheduled an appointment after being out of care for too long, and Dr. Volfson and team made the experience welcoming, comfortable, non-judgmental and efficient. The office and care feel very modern and the team goes out of their way to make sure you understand the care you're receiving and are comfortable, both during and after your visit. I'm very grateful to have found such a great practice & dentist.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. All of the staff were incredibly kind and patient in explaining what they needed to do to my teeth and why. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while due to Covid, so I was overdue for a cleaning. I was sent all the paperwork needed online the week before my appointment, so when I arrived to the office I was seen right away. Burnadette, my hygienist, was very thorough and gentle. She saved me from needing a deep clean! I definitely recommend this practice.

Great experience overall. They did an evaluation, pics and X-rays, and did the first half of my deep cleaning all in the same visit. Very friendly, communicative, and thorough. They also made sure to give me plenty of Novocain, and gave special attention to the sensitive areas. Highly recommended.

I was early for my appointment and was seated right away. I have a bad gag reflex and needed x rays, the staff found a way to get some of the xrays done quickly. Once Dr Volfson sat down with me we were able to have a calm conversation about a treatment plan. She referred me to another dentist to get a panoramic xray which I will have done next week. I am will sent the overall treatment plan in the next couple days. I have my next appointment already scheduled and will be provided the estimated cost for each procedure so there will be no surprises. I randomly chose Dr. Volfson and I am very happy with my decision to see her. I was able to get the cleaning I had asked and feel comfortable moving forward with Dr. Volfson and her staff.

Doctor Nonna and Nurse Bernadette are a great team and were fantastic in putting me at ease, as I was having my first major dental treatment at the age of 32 (four fillings!). They communicated clearly, put me at ease and have a generally fantastic bedside manner. Happy to have finally found my SF dental provider.

Really clean, really nice office and kind staff. Dr. Volfson is very impressive and did an excellent cleaning. I am excited to take charge of my oral health with a new dentist and I'm glad they were available during this time. It's such a plus that they're within walking distance from my house. Great experience at Dr. Volfson's new office. The office itself is very comforting, clean, and has advanced technology from patient onboarding to dentist chair and equipment. Dr. Volfson only has one patient in the practice at a time, providing patient's comfort and peace of mind. The doctor's chair side manner is very calming, professional and she is highly skilled at her craft. I also always feel comfortable that her treatment plan recommendations have my best interest and health in mind.
