Most relevant
They didn’t know about my appointment. Came early but seen late as everyone was booked. Their office forms have a different name than their zocdoc & Google info. They paired me with a male PT and i had to ask THREE times for the female PT i booked with before he said ok and went to go find her…she is great but the front office is very unorganized and there’s barely any privacy in the main area. Not going back.
