Tulipa Therapy

Hi! I work with adults and teens and love holding space for people where they are at and their experiences. I specialize in supporting women who find themselves overwhelmed by life's demands and struggling to prioritize their own well-being. Whether it's maintaining relationships, taking care of family, managing a career, or finding time for self-care, the pressure can be overwhelming. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I love my work. I am constantly inspired by how resilient people are, even during the toughest times. I offer in-person walk-and-talk sessions to clients in San Diego County and provide virtual therapy to clients throughout California. I am certified in maternal mental health and my specialties include anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, and burnout. I prioritize creating safe and compassionate spaces where you can show up exactly as you are in the present moment. You don’t have to face this alone.
