Quick nice calm appointment, set another appointment quickly, AND suggested payment options for low income families! I loved the staff and how nice they were and the reception lady was super kind too, overall 100/10 would and will be coming back

Friendly staff, no wait at all. I like how they told me how much my procedure was gonna be before they got started, and they also let me split the payments which was a really nice gesture.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a dentist's office. I went in for routine cleaning but was told I needed "deep cleaning" and other procedures. I declined the "deep cleaning". The hygienist was not in the office, so the dentist proceeded with the cleaning. He was NOT GENTLE. I finally had to tell him to stop. I would not recommend Dr. Cuellar to anyone.

The office staff (literally everyone) was extremely nice, understanding of what I needed, helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable, answered any questions I had and made sure I understood my upcoming procedure. 10/10 highly

First, I was looking for a new dentist to replace the one that I’ve gone to for years.
The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. This was my first appointment and they had me fill out all of my documents prior to arrival, which made things go very smoothly once I arrived.
The doc was easy to talk with and he asked questions so that he understood exactly what I needed to have looked at.
My appointment went quickly and check-out was easy.
I would highly recommend Tuskawilla Family Dentistry!

The office was cozy and the staff were personable. I was seen right away. I was made aware beforehand of what to expect during the initial examination. Even with an insurance issue, they were able to fix and adjust to what it was supposed to be. They gave me a clear and concise dental plan for me that was reasonable. I then had my deep cleaning, and the dental hygienist was
absolutely the best. She had a great sense of humor and made the experience so much better. I will be back for my future dental needs.

I got a new patient full exam. Nice people but I didn’t like that I never got to see the X-rays they took of my mouth I also asked for a spreadsheet of all the work I needed done with pricing and als I got was one paper with the price breakdown of a deep clean so I have no idea what all needs to be done to my mouth after my full exam they also don’t do laughing gas which is a let down for me. Really pushed for me to get a deep cleaning done today which was so over expensive for one side of my mouth but there was no push to take care of the pain I was having I just got referred to go somewhere else to get the root conal done.

I had an appointment on the 4th of January, the doctor was nice, but he seemed as if he was in a rush, and was aggravated by his staff when they would ask one question. To me the way you treat your staff is gonna be the way you treat your patients are so I didn’t really like that part of the service. Other than that the office was fairly clean. I got in right away.
