Are you feeling anxious, burned out, or like you can't find solid footing, even when you're trying everything you know to do? I work with individuals and couples who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, shift out of cycles that no longer serve them, and build a life that feels more intentional and connected.
Together, we'll help you identify and break free from patterns that keep you stuck and get clear on what matters most. That might look like examining the thoughts and behaviors keeping you going in circles, learning to accept what's outside your control, or — with couples, especially — building communication and conflict management skills that deepen your connection.
In individual therapy, my approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with additional tools drawn from DBT and CBT frameworks as needed. In couples therapy, I draw primarily from the Gottman Method (Level 3 trained) and weave it together with ACT principles. I have a special interest in supporting the consensually non-monogamous (CNM) community, and everything we do will be grounded in a trauma-informed, sex-positive, and LGBTQ+ affirming framework.
Our sessions will feel collaborative and non-judgmental; you can expect me to approach you with curiosity, compassion, and a little humor. Expect honesty too: I’ll directly name patterns I notice, which can be hard for us to identify on our own.
I meet with all prospective clients for a consultation call to ensure we're a good match before we get started. Ready to take the next step? Book a consultation directly through my website — I'd love to hear what you're looking for.
