No show.
Showed up for my scheduled appointment early and door was locked. I called the office multiple times and there was no answer or way to leave a voicemail. I also rang the doorbell but still no answer. My last attempt was via email which now 2 hours after my scheduled appointment have yet to hear back. I stayed approximately 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment in case the doctor happened to be late.
If you have appointments available on Zocdoc you need to keep track of them because it’s very unprofessional to not even show or provide any reason to you not being available.

I've been having chronic pain for several years now and have tried many solutions like PT & acupuncture but nothing has worked. I lost hope! But I came to Dr. Simakovsky and the pain relief in my neck has been astonishing! It only gets better every time! A million thank yous

Went to Dr. Simakovsky after throwing out my back for the first time. He's been a great partner on the road to recovery, accelerating my timeline and assessing the crux of the issue. And now I look forward to my regular visits, and chats with the doc. Never a long wait, and all are friendly in the office.

Fantastic doctor! He was very diligent In finding the root cause of my pain and discomfort and was able to treat me using a variety of techniques. This is the first chiropractor I’ve seen that has spent time to understand the issue vs just doing a standard adjustment. Already feeling so much better only two weeks after my initial visit.

I want to recommend Dr Simakovsky to anyone walking around in any kind of pain. He is incredibly knowledgeable with regard to pain triggers and his years of practice show his attention to detail and care. His expertise with the body helped me feel so comfortable and trust him for the adjustment. He is super kind and extremely calming and I will look forward to coming to his office.

I will not be returning. Dr tried to upsell me almost immediately. He’s an amazing salesman.
He also asked me to undress down to my underwear. This was fine as he examined me. But then he talked to me for another 15 minutes when I could have been fully dressed. It was weird.
It’s hard for me to believe how many 5 star reviews this guy has. My experience was far different.

He didn’t seem to be listening to my symptoms, or rather was dismissive about some of the details from previous treatments I’ve had with chiropractors. He kept saying “oh I see what’s wrong” without giving me any indication about what he was thinking. In under 10 minutes he seemed to make an assessment with minimal inspection, and told me that I needed to get X-rays nearby before he could treat me. When I tried to ask questions as to what he thought my issues were or why He needed X-rays, he just kept repeating that he’s “been doing this for over 30 years” and I could trust him. At this point I started to read reviews about this office and saw this was a common experience, and apparently in follow-up appointments he tries to convince everyone that they need to buy insoles or otherwise up charge for services. I got the X-rays and then immediately booked an appointment with a different office.

Dr S is amazing. He’s extremely knowledgeable and took time to educate me which is so rare in healthcare. I am actually looking forward to my weekly appointments . As someone who has been to a few chiropractors , Dr. S is the best there is which is why I highly recommend him.

Even though he specifically has not worked on cervical spondylosis cases. I came to him with nerve problems in my hand stemming from my spine then he decided to try to sell me some orthopedic insoles that had nothing to do with the reason why I came to visit him. He’s a great salesman. Bring your own x-rays if you come to visit him.

This man has changed my life, I was fainting due to nerve obstruction and in a week he’s gotten rid of all of my symptoms. His receptionist is super friendly and super cool and gets to know each patient personally and is always good conversation. I would recommend this chiropractor to anyone I know and have

I booked a chiropractic massage via ZocDoc and a chiropractic massage I did not receive. Instead I was being sold on inserts and setting up a plan which would require me to visit the office 2-3 a week.

When I first came to see Dr. Ilya I had been experiencing so much pain for months. I had seen a acupuncturist to no avail so I decided to see if he could offer me some relief. During my first visit he explained to me how he could help and suggested some supplements and orthotics. I’ve been coming to his office on a weekly basis for adjustments and taking supplements as he suggested and immediately began feeling better. All of the pain I was in has gone away, it’s really unbelievable. The cherry on top is how kind and welcoming he and the staff are. I come in after work, most of the time stressed out, when I leave I aways have a smile on my face.

I booked this appointment because Dr Simakovsky was the only one with a review on ZocDoc, although I would not recommend this provider. The gentleman at the front desk, and Dr Simakovsky, were pleasant enough, although it wasn’t a great experience. It took 30 minutes for me to be seen. I also did not learn anything from the appointment, instead I incurred a charge, was sent for X-rays and told I’d find out in the next appointment what the cause of my pain is. I was told to go to another location for the X-rays. I called that location and asked whether I needed an appointment, which I was told wasn’t necessary. On arrival ten minutes later, I was told it would be an hour or more wait. Chiropractors have a bad reputation and I was hoping for this to be different, but I’m afraid this has made me feel a bit manipulated. This could’ve all been arranged virtually and my information collected digitally.
To the Provider - I’d recommend publishing your usual approach up front, so people know what it to expect and the associated cost. I’d also recommend you don’t schedule patients at the same time and keep them waiting.
