PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING: I DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID OR MEDICARE PLANS, COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ONLY. THANK YOU FOR NOTING THIS PRIOR TO SCHEDULING. I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood abuse, neglect, dysfunctional family systems, PTSD, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, and grief. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-informed, and influenced by Bowen Family Systems Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and parts-oriented approaches. Together, we work to better understand how past experiences may still be impacting present-day emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior. I provide telehealth therapy for adults in Michigan and Alabama. Please Note Before Scheduling: I do not accept Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care plans, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans. If you have one of these plans, please cancel your appointment before completing paperwork. Insurance eligibility will be verified prior to your first appointment. You will receive an email from me with a link to the client portal where I manage my practice. Please look for this and complete intake paperwork at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. I look forward to connecting with you.
