Two Doves Wellness & Counseling
I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood abuse, neglect, dysfunctional family systems, PTSD, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, and grief. This includes the grief that is often associated with these types of trauma and attachment related issues, the grief associated with various types of loss, and the grief related to death. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-informed, and influenced by Bowen Family Systems Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and parts-oriented approaches. Together, we work to better understand how past experiences may still be impacting present-day emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior.
I provide telehealth therapy for adults in Michigan, Texas and Alabama.

I do not accept Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care plans, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans.
If you have one of these plans, please cancel your appointment before completing paperwork.
Insurance eligibility will be verified prior to your first appointment.
You will receive an email from me with a link to the client portal where I manage my practice. Please look for this and complete intake paperwork within 48 hours of its receipt or at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Not completing intake within this time frame will result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled.
