Healing involves more than coping with symptoms. It can also mean understanding your story, making sense of your experiences, and discovering greater meaning, connection, and purpose.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating the lasting effects of childhood abuse, neglect, and dysfunctional family dynamics, as well as those experiencing complex or difficult grief. As a Certified Attachment Trauma Treatment Specialist, I bring an attachment-informed perspective to understanding how early experiences shape our relationships, sense of self, and emotional well-being throughout life.
My areas of focus include PTSD, complex trauma (CPTSD), childhood trauma, and traumatic, disenfranchised, cumulative, and out-of-order grief.
I work with adults ages 18 and older in Texas, Michigan, and Alabama. I do individual therapy only, no couples therapy or family therapy. I offer a variety of treatment modalities including individual psychotherapy (telehealth), text-based therapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and bibliotherapy. Treatment is individualized to your needs, preferences, and clinical suitability.
I currently accept eligible commercial insurance and private-pay clients. Sliding-scale fees may be available. Insurance eligibility and payment arrangements will be verified before your first appointment.
