Both the doctor and staff were very nice and great with my son. I was even 16 minutes late to my appointment, and they still saw me, I did not have a long wait to be seen. The Dr. that I seen was not who I originally had the appointment with. But I still have no complaints.

This was my daughter’s first visit with her, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. She took her time, asked thorough questions, and truly listened—not just to me, but to my daughter as well. I appreciated how detailed and thoughtful she was throughout the entire appointment. It’s not easy finding a provider who combines professionalism with genuine care, but Dr. Bivens exceeded our expectations.
