Really great and knowledgeable primary care doctor. His physician assistant was fantastic and the facility was clean and well managed. I hope UofC keeps it up. Hardly had any wait and no issues with insurance billing.

I had a visit with Dr. Laurence Gordon, DO today, and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Gordon is warm, patient, and truly listens. He took the time to understand my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan moving forward. Worst experience ever. The guy in the reception was terrible and didn’t know how to do his job or even type on the computer. He looked like he was on drugs and. I arrived 25 minutes early to my appointment and do to the fact that the guy in the reception was not able to do his and took 10 minutes per person talking about everything except doing his job so he made me late to my appointment. After he “attempted to check me in” he walks off into the back room and take another 10 minutes to come back and tell me that due to the fact that it’s 1:30 PM and I WENT OVER 15 minutes and that I’m late that I’m going to have to reschedule.
I proceeded by telling him that it’s his fault that I’m late and that it is extremely unprofessional of him and he said “I don’t care it’s not my fault that I’m the only staff available here today. So reschedule your appointment Idk what else to tell you.”

If a friend were to care how my appointment went, then I would let them know I felt pleased with the overall effort of the provider. The information conveyed to me through what the staff revealed was unexpected and still I did not allow those hurdles to hinder completing my health check. I had personal opinions on the primary's idea of what a healthy body should display. I had a nursing assistant that was efficient and professional. I had an X-ray technician that was clear in her instructions and demonstrated expertise in her knowledge. The lobby, as well as the restrooms were well managed. The facts would appear to be that this is a superior place for medical health needs and the staff has is competent enough.
My truth, however is relative. Based upon what I have acquired through my years of social and medical exchanges, I need a better understanding of what is a good health care provider in the aftermath of;
"America: Post Obamacare". I am grateful that I have the ease of Zocdoc.

Dr. Gordon has really helped me identify the source of the pain that I had endured from an exercise I was doing about a month ago and kept doing his research to help me understand what area I injured and what I have to do to resolve the issue.

Check in was very simple, all my info was already in the system. I waited less than 2 minutes before my name was called. The Dr came into the room less than 2 minutes after the PA left. It was efficient.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. I went to get my ear wax removed and the doctot’s assistant ruined my case. If I walked in with a 4/10 pain I walked oit with a 9/10 pain. He pushed the machine to hard inside my ear hitting my ear drum nerve and I was in terrible pain all night later.

DR Gordon acknowledged my issues right away as a post menopausal woman. I recently suffered a fracture that changed my life. I knew it had to be from my age and bone loss. I could not work out anymore or go to work. I love my job as a nurse. He got me a bone scan that proved what I feared. But I knew I had to addressed He is helping me to get my life back. Helping me to get treatment for something that could change and ruin my life forever. The reason I chose him was because of my partner in life who went to him for an eye problem that was very serious and any other doctor wouldn't have acknowledged it. My boyfriend is being worked up for autoimmune disease. Amazed me as a nurse of 30 years. He knew what to do. I been a nurse for a lot of years. I worked ER i taken care of critical patients. I am blessed to have found a doctor that really cares

The office was clean, bright, and well-appointed. The check-in process was short and seamless. The wait time was minimal. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Gordon was a consummate professional - kind, attentive, thoughtful, inquisitive and informative. I left the office feeling very positive about my experience.

Experience was good. Clinic was a bit tricky to find. Parking is expensive even with validation, however tons of busses go by the clinic on the way to navy pier so it's easy to get to via public transit. Overall a good experience.
