My practice philosophies include but not limited to: Patient-centered care Evidenced-based practice Holistic care Respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs My method of practice: I offer comprehensive assessment and using evidence-based diagnostic criteria for all cases. It is my practice culture to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for each patient. Engaging my clients through empathy and building trust and monitoring for co-occurring disorders. We all experience anxiety or depression in some form or another, but it needs to be addressed when it starts to get in the way of our happiness or productivity. I’ve been treating mental health issues mainly using medication management and CBT.

Dr. Ugochi had been amazing! I have had some struggles with my mental health disorders that I was diagnosed with but she is super thorough, patient and caring! She makes sure I am cared for and I have the support I need and I get the medication I need!
