Welcome to Ultimate Wellness! I’m Dr. Jason Giffi, a dedicated physician, certified personal trainer, and a living testament to the transformative power of fitness and nutrition. As the owner and operator of Ultimate Wellness, my mission is to provide you with the ultimate experience as you embark on a journey towards wellness, weight loss, fitness, nutrition, and longevity.
With our motto, “Be your best you,” we are committed to helping you unlock your full potential and reclaim a life of vibrant health and well-being. At Ultimate Wellness, we understand that each individual’s journey is unique, and we strive to create personalized plans that address your specific goals and needs.
My own personal story is what drives my passion for helping others. At the age of 35, despite being a physician, I found myself in poor health and unsure of how to turn my life around. Determined to regain my healthful years, I embarked on a transformative fitness and nutrition journey in 2016. This personal experience not only transformed my own life but also set me on the path to help others achieve their own health and wellness goals.
In addition to being a board certified physician, I am also a certified personal trainer accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This dual expertise enables me to integrate medical knowledge with fitness training principles, offering a comprehensive approach to your well-being.
On a personal note, I am blessed to be married to an incredible wife, and together we have three amazing children who inspire me every day. As a triathlete, I understand the importance of setting goals, pushing boundaries, and embracing a lifestyle of balance and wellness.

I made a New Year's resolution to use 2024 to lose weight and get in shape. The combination of too much work from home, travel, and poor diet had led to me ending up at 246 lbs and obese. Dr Jay worked with me on a diet plan, exercise regimen, and low dose Zepbound. 4 months later, I was at my target weight of 185 lbs and in the best shape I have been in for a long time. Dr Jay worked closely with me to stop the Zepbound, small increase in calory intake, and continued exercise program, along with some supplements to treat vitamin deficiency and a low Thyroid. I am coming up on my one-year anniversary and feel great. I had to buy all new close and have gotten a ton of compliments from those who know me about how great I look. I've recommended a number of friends and family members to Ultimate Wellness and they have all be happy with their treatment and progress, as well. Dr Jay doesn't just write prescriptions, he takes a holistic approach to wellness, and he knows his stuff.
