Old school doctor (in terms of training - not a find the root cause and let’s fix it type of guy, more of a “let’s improve the symptoms” type of guy) but good bedside manner. The only bad thing is that I waited 45 minutes to be seen. He looked into my issue and gave me a prescription.

I scheduled an appointment for a simple lab blood work and it took 2 1/2 weeks for them to send my results to the hospital requesting them and they still spelled my name and put the wrong gender on the paperwork making it invalid. They also messed up when taking my labs and had me come in again to draw more blood. I also took a breath test and they lost it. Every time I call to check in they put me on hold then hang up, sometimes they don't even pick up the phone. Every time I came in for my appointments I waited over an hour to be seen but I was the only person in the waiting area. I had a horrible experience and will never go back to this doctors office. The front desk staff are very unprofessional and unorganized.

Overall I was happy when I was leaving the center. Staff was very nice although that I waited over 35 minutes to see the doctor they managed the situation with smile and patience. Dr Scott is a very knowledge and experience which gives you a sense of confident and trust.

The experience was pretty great. Walking in to be greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and made sure that the patient was set and good to go. The doctor was equally friendly and asked many questions to ensure said-patient was in good health or if anything was unusual. Overall, a simple come in and leave out checking all the boxes for a doctor's visit.

Excellent! Very kind, good listener, I came earlier in the morning without eating and they did the blood tests that he just sent me right away. I just waited for 5 minutes and I was late to my appointment.

In my 30 something years this Doctor has been very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of my life and I need to add he is understanding when I detail my view in reference to how my body feels. He knows my viewpoint and does not push medications or laboratory tests that I know I don’t need. I know I’m getting older but I feel great and have no problems in my physical life.
