This doctor was one of few that fully listened to my concerns. She addressed all my questions throughly and gave me realistic advice that was easy to follow. The office is nice, new and clean. And the staff was also friendly.

Apparently this provider overbooks appointments After an hour and fifteen minute wait I still had not seen the Dr. Having other commitments that day I had to cut my losses and leave without ever seeing the Dr. In all fairness part of your rating survey asked to rate the Dr with no room for explanation. I never was able to see the Dr . The Dr may have been great but the overall experience was a disaster. Later that day after taking care of my other commitments I went to an urgent care and was seen in less than 15 minutes.. When scheduling an appointment you always build a buffer in for a slight delay . It had been an hour and 15 minutes and by the time I would have been seen and treated this would have been close to 2 hrs after my booked appointment which I find unacceptable

to come in an hour early and i was still there by the time my actual appointment was. Saw doctor liu for less than 5 minutes and she didn’t even send a sample to the lab just looked and diagnosed me on the spot.

Great office great doctor, I just moved from NY and was looking for a permanent doctor. Dr. McCoy is great she’s sweet, I didn’t feel rushed even though she had an office filled with patients her staff was super friendly and quick.

The staff was very friendly. The wait time was a little long but I will say it’s because they have actually have conversations with you. They sit and actually listen, I have no problem waiting for that type of attention. They asked a lot of questions to get themselves familiar about me. In my book that’s a A Plus. How is anyone able to help you with out knowing your history.
