The provider I saw was lovely. The office was very chaotic. I was in the waiting room for about 45 minutes. I was taken into a room for weight and blood pressure. I had to answer all the questions I had answered on the form I had just filled out with the PA. The PA didn’t seem to have any medical experience. Then after waiting another 20 minutes I was seen by a completely different provider than who I booked. I don’t even know the name of the person I saw. The exam was quick. I waited a good 15 minutes to check out. They are also a weight loss facility. I was in line behind people purchasing weight loss food I had to leave to get my son from school since I was there a good two hours later than I planned.

I moved to the community 5 years ago. I am meticulous and intentional about the Dr.-Patient Relationships i am forging. They are the hinge of my existence & my ability to thrive in life at this stage. The building & office is clean. The office waiting area is with modern decor. The tufted leather seats are not just eye candy. They are comfy. I wasn't waiting long. I had a 4pm telehealth appointment with another provider
My appointment for Dr. Liu was 3pm. I arrived at 2.55pm. Received my new Patient intake paperwork, checked in and was in the back by 3.25pm. Oh! Did I mention that front desk staff was amazing: Helen and Shirley. With Shirley being the 1st person i dealt with. Dr. Liu i didn't meet her

I ??ed the experience. I was done, bloodwork included, by 4pm. I'm transferring my records from my previous Dr. Of 15+ yrs. I found my new Gyn/primary. As it turns out, I may be able to 1-stop shop

My experience was extremly great, everyone was welcome from the receptionist, the med. Assistant and the Dr. The Dr. Communicate well, she is a great listener, she pays attention to details and ask follow-up questions. I would definately recomment her.

This was my first time visit and I was anxious as I haven’t been to a doctor in a while. The office was very busy as they had a lot of appointments (goes to show Dr. Liu and team are trusted!) but everyone was still friendly and courteous. This was the first time a doctor has provided me enough information as to what they believe is happening with me, explained in a way that doesn’t make me feel anxious about my health, even when additional tests are needed. We had a plan in place for the next visit and what results may show so there won’t be any surprises or anxiety while we wait. I walked out with clarity and peace of mind. I’m really glad to have chosen Dr. Liu for my visit!!

Good doctor—she was very thorough and friendly. One thing that I particularly appreciated was that she seemed to be well-versed in insurance practices and did everything she could to keep my out-of-pocket costs down. For instance, she didn’t repeat recent blood work done by a different doctor. My only real complaint was the wait time to see the doctor, but that may be because I was a new patient and I spent a fair bit of time having vitals done and being put in their computer system by the medical assistant.

I ended up meeting with the NP and a doctor from UK that was there to shadow.
Overall the staff was kind and very helpful. The space was just small and a little messy; I’ve never had nurses coming in and out of a room that there’s a patient in just to get medication.
