The staff was amazing. Jose was so informative and patient with me as I had to switch my PCP in office and that’s what held my wait time up.
The provider was excellent. She listened and cared for each concern. I had many. I haven’t had a provider that was this attentive.
The conversation was supportive and I was set up with all my annuals same day. I have all my health care appointments for the rest of the year. Love the care that was taken.

I booked to get my tonsil stones removed or looked at. I had arrived at 2:06 but didn’t see the doctor till 3:09. The facility at first thought my insurance was invalid and it took them 40 minutes to verify. When I saw the doctor she had no clue what tonsil stones were and did not even look at my tonsils. She began to get agitated, insisting that tonsils must be removed fully and that she’s never heard of a non surgical tonsil stone route. It wasn’t until she called the nurse in and the nurse verified what tonsil stones are. I wasted an entire day on a facility that claims to have no clue what my main issue is
