My appt was scheduled for 1:30pm I arrived at 1:15pm just in case there was any new patient paperwork that needed to be completed. There was no one in the office not even at the front desk but the office was open and lights were not on. I signed in and waited but no one ever showed so I called out several times and no answer. Phone system was not working. I waited until 1:45 still no one ever came.

My appointment was cancelled. When showing up at my appointment the office was closed. There was no text or email informing me of this prior to this and they is the way I have been communicating with them. When I returned home, I found that I had a voicemail message just before the appointment time informing me that the appointment was cancelled. At the time of the call I was spending quality time with my boyfriend so ignored the call from an number that was unknown to me.
