Dr Batchelor was spectacular!!! I was delightfully engaged by her team and guided through the process and the team was cohesive and kind along the way! I was a little cautious being in Wal Mart, but quickly alleviated by the team and professionalism! Love this new team to help me manage our eye health moving forward!

Well, the lens I wanted, the Dr. said that companies don’t make the lens I wanted because of my astigmatism. Come to find out that, the contact lens are available for those who have astigmatism. She lied. Why? I don’t know. The frames I wanted, they didn’t carry either. However, they did a great job!

My daughter was here for an annual eye exam. She currently wears glasses and was also considering contact lenses. I won’t say that Dr. Batchelor was rude but she certainly wasn’t friendly. She rushed through the eye exam and never asked me or my daughter any questions. We won’t be back.

She is concerned with what you are concerned with. I love her staff. They are very patient and kind. I have never had a problem with coming to this office and I will continue to come. I will recommend others to come to this office.

I ordered glasses for my daughter one month prior to the start of school. The week before school I called to inquire about the glasses. I was told by the unprofessional staff at the Walmart in Union City that the order was never paid! I have been waiting several months for the glasses and my daughter has begun having headaches because of no glasses. If you did not place the order inform the customer so they can buy glasses else where!

I didn't get to go back my son and daughter when in together my daughter said,"my son wasn't listening, so she told him she was going to go get mama, and the doctor told her to shut your mouth". After this year will not be returning drove an hr to get there. They changed my appointment time I asked why no one called she said she did the number doesn't work so I asked her to called the number they have and file and my phone wrong see said well she doesn't know what happen.

Very professional yet personable and caring. Spent a lot of time testing and retesting. Explained everything needed to improve my eyes. Wrote down OTC drops that she recommends and taught me how to improve my eye dryness. My husband recommended me to her and I am quite satisfied! Love her!!!

OMG. Super thumbs up. I had bad expectations because it's in Walmart Vision Center but boy am I impressed. I have never been to any eye doctor and been out within thirty minutes. Dr Batchelor is friendly, and has a great sense of humor. Both my daughter and I ADORE her. She is very informative and very professional. Her staff are just as friendly and welcoming.
