I was very fearful and hesitant about my first appointment with a psychiatrist. Dr. Ngang was patient and understanding. She explained everything to me in detail and listened to my concerns. I felt really comfortable with her and my perspective of psychiatrists has changed for the better.

Dr. Victorine was an amazing psychiatrist, she is very compassionate and willing to listen without cut me off, she can quickly identify my issue, she explained everything so well to make me easily understand everything she said, she was also very patient! This is a great experience and I look forward to our next meeting!

Dr. Victorine took the time to listen to my entire health history to understand the root of the problem. I’m aligned with her approach of treating the root cause and not the symptom. She was also knowledgeable about POTS and chronic pain which is very rare.
I appreciated that she took the time to explain how the recommended medication worked in the body.
She was also on time for our video appointment.

I was not pleased with the services provided. She constantly tried to start my appointments early, which was frustrating because my work schedule is very strict. She does not take FSA. The medications that were prescribed to me was the final straw. Her medication management was very aggressive and often involved medications that had side effects that made me feel uncomfortable. Please do your own research before working with this practitioner.

Dr. Ngang was very nice but not a great listener. I told her that my dog was a coping mechanism for me but instead of using that to approve him as an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) which only she could do, she proceeded to prescribe me medication without bloodwork. She also used the phone several times during our session and asked me to give her a review before the session was even finished (which was very unprofessional and unethical). I felt like she didn't want to be held liable for something with my dog so instead of signing a letter, she lied and said she didn't know what I was talking about. Any therapist who lies to a patient should be made aware of so that other patients aren't led astray.

Victorine made me feel more comfortable than any previous psychiatrists. I felt as though her and I were able to dive more into what’s causing certain issues because I was able to open up to her about events and/or issues that had occurred throughout my life; events/issues that I felt more comfortable keeping bottled up. I’ve excited to have finally found the perfect psychiatrist for me and look forward to us treating these mental issues that I’d been putting off for too long. Thank you Victorine!

Had the most amazing experience with Dr.Ngang! I could tell she really cared about my mental health and helped build me up! She provided me with resources also if I need to reach out for help. Victorine Ngang —> I approached dr about an anxiety and an issue where I was very stressed. She cut me off and told me I talked a lot and got irritated.
Then rescheduled me without my knowledge and I had to call and cancer.
Ended up finding a much better fit but at a much higher cost.
